Sinisa Dovat, MD, Ph.D，The Director of Translational Research and Developmental Therapeutics at the Four Diamond Childhood Cancer Research Center at Penn State University College of Medicine, Hershey, PA, is currently seeking applications for a postdoctoral fellow. The successful applicant will conduct cutting-edge research in the epigenetic and transcriptional regulation of gene expression in leukemia. Research in the Dovat lab uses molecular and cellular biology techniques including qRT-PCR, quantitative chromatin immunoprecipitation (qChIP), ChIP-seq, retroviral and lentiviral production, transfection, luciferase reporter assay, tissue culture, cloning, DNA and RNA isolation, Western blot, and protein purification.Qualifications Required

The applicant should hold a doctoral degree (M.D. or Ph.D.) in a relevant field, be looking for a collaborative and dynamic environment, and have a track record of productivity and innovation. 
（1）Postdoctoral fellows with extensive experience in mouse and human in vitro hematopoietic differentiation assays, methylcellulose colony forming assay, xenotransplantation of human hematopoietic cells into NSG mice, serial mouse transplantation, experience in flow cytometry, tissue culture and retro- and lentiviral transduction of hematopoietic cells are encouraged to apply. 
（2）Postdoctoral fellows with extensive expertise in molecular and cellular biology and preferably, research experience related to transcriptional regulation, gene editing (CRISPR/Cas9) and signal transduction, are encouraged to apply.

Salary
The salary of this annually renewable position will be established according to institutional guidelines. This position is supported by two R01 grants, several childhood cancer research foundation grants, and a Four Diamonds Endowment.
